This is the deposit for 1/4 Wagyu Beef (100% Wagyu: Alfalfa, grain, and chocolate fed – $15.00 per pound hanging weight). This $750 deposit is required to reserve a quarter of unprocessed beef. It is fully refundable up to 1 week prior to harvest with the balance due at the time of harvest.
